Please note that certain limited edition items and safety products may be final sale to ensure the highest quality standards for all customers.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your items in their original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for updates on your return's progress.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
